Little strawberry cakes

 

Recipe

 

Ingredients:

200 gr soft white cheese
30 gr maïzena
1 soup spoon Stevia
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
4 gr sweetener
Half lemon + zest
2 eggs
160 gr strawberries

 

Method: 

 Mix cheese, maizena, sugar, sweetener, zest of lemon, lemon juice, egg yolk, cut strawberries in little pieces
When the oven is preheating at 175°c, beat the egg whites until stiff
Mix them carefully in the mixer
Pour in the cake tins and let bake 30-40 minutes, depends on your wish and your oven
