Cold poached salmon served with cucumbers and tomatoes / salads

Ingredients:

 

Salmon fillets

Cucumbers: slices and strappy

Tomatoes

Lemon

Salads

Home dressing

 

 

Method: 

For the poached salmon: Place the salmon fillets at a medium heat, skin-side down on the pan and cover

cook 5-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. Do not overcook. You can serve with lemon

Place the salmon on the stappy cucumbers, nice presentation.
