Fondue of leek, spinaches with low-fat cream and smoked salmon

 

Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2 leeks
Spinach in branch ...
3 tbs of low-fat cream (15%)
1 slice of smoked salmon

 

Method: 

Cook the leeks in salted boiling water. Same for the spinach
Brown the leeks- cut in thin slices and the spinach together in a pan. Add the cream, salt
