Pan fried chicken and mushroom with chicory and green salad

Ingredients:

White meat
Mixed herbs

Marakoff
Paprika
Garlic
Thinly sliced Onion
Mushroom
Chicory
Pepper
 

 

Method: 

In a non-stick pan, brown the white meat and add the mixed herbs, pepper, Marakoff, paprika, garlic.
Take away and keep. Brown the onions and add the mushrooms.
In a plate add the chicken, the mushroom, the chicory and the green salad.
