Salmon tartare served with salads and olive oil

 

Recipe

 

Ingredients:

Fresh salmon

Lemon juice

Salt

Oil

 

Method: 

Take the salmon.

Leave them in lemon juice and salt + a bite of oil ( this will be marinated)
Or you can just add last minute lemon and salt and it will be raw!
